Thank you so much to everyone who has applied for a stall this year, we have been blown away by your support. We are now full, however we are still collecting applications and adding them to our waiting list in the event of last minute cancellations. Whilst this event is free to customers who visit, stall holders will be charged £20 for the day with half of the proceeds going to our chosen charity. Please read our market terms & conditions before applying.

Do you need us to supply a table for you? *RequiredPlease note – max 1 table allowed per stall. There are limited tables, if you can bring your own it would be much appreciated.

FAQs / Ts&Cs

1. There will be a £20 charge for the pitch (50% will be donated to our nominated charity) the fee is payable on booking confirmation, if your stall is cancelled within 2 weeks of the event, it will be non-refundable.

2. No alcohol can be sold for consumption on the premises. Alcohol can only be sold packaged for consumption off the premises.

3. No food can be sold for consumption on the premises, hot or cold.

4. Traders can set up from 9:30am and must be ready to trade at 11am.

5. Traders can take their stalls down at 4pm.

6. Well-dressed stalls will be appreciated!
